I made this recently from some beads I thought I'd never use and an awesome charm/centerpiece/whatever you want to call it I actually found at Jo Ann's.  You can't see it too well in the picture, but the beads are these really sheeny, multi-color reflecting things that were meant to go with this lovely, vintagey-looking colorful metal collage and nothing else...


What do you think?  I'd like to start making more of my own charms and such - It would have to be clay or something, most likely, as I don't really have a lot of experience working with metals.  I try to find funky, vintage stuff when I can, but this little piece just screamed out at me at Jo Ann's.

Gorgeous!  I love the fact that you were able to use beads that you weren't able to use before!  Love the colors in this beautiful piece!
