Do you know of anywhere I can get lino besides online? I'd like to try it but it's difficult for me to order online.

Thanks for the tute clayfaery.  i really appreciate it as I am sick of not finding the stamp designs I want.

I will be try that art gum eraser idea McJulie-O.  I think that would work and they would be a great size.  I do wonder how they would stand up to regular use though.  Oh well, we'll see.

my sister made a bunch of stamps out of old hockey pucks she found in the thrift store, so that's an option if you can't find the artist carving block.i think it was harder to carve, but they worked out great.

and years ago i did lino carving with pieces of old linoleum. it's a bit different technique, but might be easier to find the stuff for in a small town.

your stamps are amazing! i want to start makin them again, you've totally inspired me!

have you done any with writing? i'm so bad about remembering to reverse them, i'm scared to try again!
