I didn't really know where to put these, so I figure this is as good a place as any.

Ok the first two projects might be kind of weird to you, but I'm kinda weird, so they fit.  Wink  The first one is a sign that you can see from the bottom of the steps that lead up to my room

Here's a pic of it head-on:

And this one is kinda off, but it doesn't have a glare:

It says Veronica's Room -->  The picture I had hanging in that same place.  Then I found the awesome glass gems at WalMart.  They're in all shapes and colors.  I originally bought them to make magnets out of them like the glass marble ones, but soon discovered that I could form letters with them.  Ta-da! haha

Then this is my Open/Closed sign that I made.  It's hanging right above the first sign.  I don't know why, but I've always wanted an Open/Closed sign.  Roll Eyes  I told you I was weird.  Cheesy
The Closed side:

The Open side:

I just used a record, took the label off, and hot-glued those gems on.  I was too impatient to buy goo-gone and take the residue off from the labels. haha.. I think it looks ok with the white there, anyways.

My last project I made awhile ago:

It's a bulletin board-type-thing.  The bulletin board part I bought at the dollar store.  The three colors came seprate.  I just combined the sets and made them into that shape.  Then I went into a glass-marble-push-pin craze and made all of those push pins.  I'm thinks of possibly selling the push-pins in sets along with one of the bulletin board sets from the dollar store whenever I put up a website and start selling stuff.  Roll Eyes

Well that's all I've got for right now.  I've been in one of those slumps that I go through where I just don't feel like crafting a whole lot.  Plus, I've been crocheting a blanket.  That's been taking up my time as well.  So yah... thanks in advance for comments and such.  Smiley

Heh this was a quick reply but..

I love your style Smiley Those gems are very interesting. Oh how I wish I had a bag full of them to play with!
And I really like the bullitin board! I've been trying to think of an interesting one instead of just a plain boring one. You've definately inspired me! Great job on everything.

Thanks for the comments!  haha... yah, I love that painting, but it was a cheapy picture from the dollar store that I bought.. that quote was already there and everything... so I didn't hurt it ALL that bad.  Plus it was the only frame I had that would fit my huge honkin' name across it.  Roll Eyes

I love the bulletin board thing.. oh. my God.. I didn't know they had that @ the dolloar store. I used to be a dollar store junky, I have to get back there.
I love what you did with the lil squiggly glass things. I don't think I'd have the patience to put all that together.
