Hi craftsters,

I am booking booth space for several dates throughout the summer at the South End Open Market.  Anyone want to share?  If you don't know about the market, go check it out:

www.southendopenmarket.com

I participated in it opening weekend and had so much fun (and made money) I want to do it again..and again...and...you get the idea.

PM me for more info (and check out my site so you can see if you'd like to share space with me, www.muchachaK.com) but the basics are this:  it's an outdoor craft/farmer's/vintage market with a whole gaggle of interesting vendors.  Booth space is $50 per 10 x 10 space per date.  So if you share with another crafter or two, it's very affordable.  Plus, as we discovered opening weekend, sharing with others and having a gaggle of fun stuff filling your booth is a great way to draw in customers.

So let me know if you're interested Smiley  Thanks!

I was thinking about doing a booth this year.  I run an online  vintage clothing and accessory store (www.Far2Cute.com). Do they accept vintage stuff or just handmade items?

They do accept vintage...in fact there was a woman there last time with great vintage barkcloth that was making me drool...

I know this was originally posted back in June....but are you still looking for someone? I sell everything from handmade notecards, pillows & purses, to funky fabric baby blankets.

My storefront is down for the moment, but you can get a quick glimpse of my stuff:

Let me know if you are still looking for someone to share a booth & split the costs!

Totally cute stuff and yes, I do have some dates I am still looking for a buddy or two on...July 30th for sure...and I have some dates left in October...let me know if any of those sound interesting.  They're all Sundays...I'm just being ambiguous about the October dates because I'm waiting to hear back from some folks about them, but if you just let me know what works for you we can go from there Wink

ALSO, and this is super important...there is a vendor online application that must be filled out and approved before you can sell, it's at the website:  www.southendopenmarket.com.

Thanks for your interest....and anyone else, if you're down for the market, just send me a message Wink
