Hey All,

I've been posting my projects on this site from SF, but I'm going to Pitt for the summer and wanted to get a hold on the artsy happenings around town before I go. Anyone have any ideas about free galleries, good websites or publications to consult, or just any resources for a new Pitt resident trying to get into the art culture there? Thanks so much!

I went to Pitt - that's when I moved to Pittsburgh too. It's a great city for living cheaply and loving the arts!

Here are some links (with links) that can give you some starting points:

scroll down for the non-profit, etc galleries:

and then the programming at the Warhol has a local bent and a great way to stay busy:

Hope this helps
