Where can one get mini envelopes?  It's hard to describe but they're like the size of business cards and can hold keys, coins, etc.  I've looked at Paper Source but they're like a ton of money.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

Erin

You could try googling origami envelope to find a pattern to make your own. You might need to play around with the size a little to get them to the size you want.

You can also buy those paper puncher things-- I have one for teeny tiny envelopes (more decorative than anything) but I know they have punchers for larger envelopes too.  They punch the paper out exactly in an envelope shape and all you have to do is fold and add a little adhesive and voila!  You can make envelopes out of any paper you wish!

I got mine at a local stamping/scrapbooking shop (I like to buy from the little stores when I can! Cheesy) I would imagine you could probably find something similar at Michaels or AC Moore?  I will look around online and see if I find any too!

Here are some mini envelopes.  I've never ordered from them, so I'm not sure what shipping costs, but it might be worth looking into.

There are several different sizes of keepsake envelopes here, including the one you are looking for, for scrapbooking, archival safe adhesive backed.  I use Fiskars, but I don't know if they come in single size packages, I get the variety pack usually.

Hobby Lobby used to carry the envelope & file folder punches.  I don't know if they still do or not.

i make these. For further information & pictures of examples... send me a message or email me at: [email protected].
I use scrapbook paper to make these so they are all just gorgeous. I also sell the template if you are into making them yourself. If not, I already have some made. Check it out

This website has templates for several different envelopes - don't know if any of them are tiny enough for you, but you also might be able to figure out how to make them in the right size.
