I adore that fabric!!  What a fantastic bag! I have to agree with the ugly diaper bags, I would carry your and I don't even have a baby!!!   Wink ha!!

Is that the 54" fabric from Hancock's??  I drool over it everytime I go to the store and dig through the remnant bin looking for smaller bits cuz they are cheaper.

We don't have a Hancock's in my city (I've never heard of them, actually)- is it an American chain?  I bought this fabric at a store called Fabricland, from the drapery section. http://www.fabricland.ca/

Yea I think it is an American chain, you can find the fabric in the drapery section there too.

It takes quite a few steps to complete but isn't difficult.  Do you mean the triglide might snag?

yeah i was concerned it would bunch up and be hard to adjust with just fabric straps. any special tips? thanks much!

It hasn't bunched up in the triglide at all, but it does bunch up on the rectangle rings- they want to go vertical instead of laying horizontal.  I think if I used some stiff interfacing and stitched closer to the ring itself that would help.
