Hi Leah,

I think Happy Trails is perfect.  They have a store in the Castro in S.F. and one here in Alameda (California, that is).  www.shophappytrails.com

I actually looked there when I was trying to find Jenny Hart's Stitch-it Kit (they didn't have it, but it woulda made sense to me).  Also where I got my copy of Retro Revamp.

Try Blue7 in Oklahoma City.  They sell all kinds of nifty stuff!  They are also the best outlet in OKC for local artists, designers, and jewelry-makers to showcase their wares!!!

Fireside Books in Palmer Alaska would be a great choice.  It's so kitschy there!

There are a few places here in Chicago that would work, but I want to find their info for you, first

Debbies only get respect in the knitting world.  How unfair is that?

Because Poe wrote on both of them.

Anyone up for a Jasper Fforde swap?

Has your publisher's Special Sales department gotten your book into Urban Outfitters yet?

I'm going to do some more specific thinking on NYC-area stores.
