So I got punched in the face about three weeks ago, trying to pull some jackass off my boyfriend.  Three of my front teeth got knocked VERY loose.  They're still in my mouth right now, held there by makeshift braces.  Let me tell you, I'm one attractive cookie at this moment.  HA!
Anyway, they're not going to reattach to my jaw, so I have to get them pulled and get implants (~14,000$ to do it, more money than I make in a year  Cry ).  Needless to say, I don't want them to go to waste.  They may have failed me, by they were good enough teeth for most of my life up until now.

So what do I do with them?  I was thinking of making a resin bottlecap necklace with one, like this: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=36585.0 but I've never worked with resin before, so I don't know about that.  Any other ideas?

I do personal swappies!  Just PM me!

I'm also looking for a date to the winter dance...

How about making them into a necklace like they do from shark teeth?

Well, on second thought... maybe not such a good idea...

If you have multiple holes in your ears, like a cartilage especially, you could make three simple studs...

I think a resin/bottlecap necklace would be cool! If you haven't worked with the stuff before, do a couple of tests with a pebble in each until you feel comfortable -- I can understand that you'd be reticent to do something where you might ruin a precious trophy. Like in the post you linked, you could set some text or something behind it, something relevant (loyalty, violence, the date... whatever feels right to you). If the toof is too big for a bottlecap, you could use some sort of cabochon cup, or even one of the moulds made for resin (so it would be visible on both sides).

I think it would be a little less gruesome set in resin, plus the tooth itself would be protected. Now if you WANT it to be more gruesome, you could leave it exposed and do something like a wire wrap to make a pendant.

Sorry you got socked. Hopefully it was a good bonding thing for you and your fella. (And hopefully the ass-hat got a royal boot party in the end.)
