I think this Charmin toilet paper napkin ring is...charmin'



I cut the cardboard roll into the desired size and then glued on a faux pearl neckplace strand.

dramatic photo!  From now on I will funnel my toilet paper through a toilet paper roll napkin ring.  It makes all disposable paper products look high-end.
