I made this for the Princess Bride Swap and based it on the Knit a Rock Star pattern from SnB Nation.
This picture's a bit dark, but you can see his face:

It's a printout from http://www.onipress.com.
I had a few pattern issues,  too, the first time I used it, but I've busted through it enough times that it makes sense.
