Anita's All Purpose Acrylic Craft Paint.
Then I ironed it. It's not so stiff now that its set.

I figured later I should have posted these in the Stenciled area.  The Shroom I made a stencil for a while back, I do that one a lot since it's easy. The other two I hand painted with paintbrush.
