11. Embroidery Kits

Made By You
1. Pet Toys I have a Pug, a Pekingese, and a 5 month old kitten. They never have enough toys. Please make sure stitches are tight and there are no buttons or anything that they could choke on. I use embroidery thread and/or felt for the features when I make them toys. Thank you to whoever is making something for my kitty! He just got neutered yesterday so I feel bad and want to spoil him. Thank you for helping me with that! =P

Im in Portland, Oregon, USA.

1. I really like the Amy Butler nappy bag, especially made with the fabric pictured on the pattern.  Its perfect!  (I dont have a baby, but I do like to carry a lot of crap!)
2. A circle skirt or a similarly non-tight knee-ish length skirt.  PM me for size/colors.  There is at least one in my wists I need something to wear this summer, since I hate to wear shorts!
3. A belt.  Id like something that can go with lots of different colors (maybe a neutral-y blue or green and white?) and I wear my jeans low on my hips, so PM me for measurements!
4. A nice sturdy grocery tote or two like these: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=47761.0
5. Something for me to carry my lunch in.  Right now I just use paper sacks, which makes me feel very wasteful, and I hate that theyre so noisy and crinkly (I cant sneakily eat snacks!).  PM me for specific size/style.
6. Pajama pants.
7. Some sort of summery shirt/tank top.  There are a few in my wists that I would love!  Somewhat relatedly, a cute cardigan (could be reconned, embroidered, whatever) to wear when it gets chilly!
8. Is it totally weird to ask for underwear?  I am in serious need of some new, cute undies!  Stripes, polka dots, whatever as long as theyre comfy and not bulky.  (If youre under 18, please make sure your parents are okay with you making underwear for a stranger Smiley)

1. Amigurumi animal modeled after one of my pets (your pick of cats, dog, or hamster)
2. A headband like this one: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74104.0

Paper crafts:

1. Handmade stationery or notecards with envelopes.
thanks, devilninny!!
2. Paper stars for me to hang in my room like these ones: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83862.0;topicseen
3. Address labels (with my real name, so I can use them for things other than craftster)

A DIY kit for any of the following:

1. stenciling or screen-printing
2. kanzashi flowers
3. crochet I want to learn this just so I can make amigurumi hamsters!
4. pmc (I have no idea how this works, but I would love to learn!)
or surprise me with a cool DIY craft kit! I love learning how to make new things!

1. I love this crane necklace: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen
2. Teeny little super guy glass: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86122.0
3. A stenciled/silkscreened shirt or bag.  Things Ive been into lately: birds, cherry blossoms, cats, trees, nature themes, foxes, the phrase cat party."  PM me if you need more ideas/sizes.
4. Some yummy soap. thanks, batgirl!
5. Anything that has to do with any of my pets pictures available upon request Smiley
6. Radish earrings!  I love earrings.  Button earrings would be cool, too.
7. A prettified travel coffee mug for me to take to work in the mornings.  My roommate borrowed my old one a few months ago, but it was pretty ugly anyway.  Dishwasher safe please Smiley
8. Anything from my wists or based on my wists!

1. I have a beautiful old Singer sewing machine, but Im absolutely terrified of it.  It seems like every time I use it, I manage to mess up the tension or get a big wad of thread stuck coming up from the bobbin.  Animegirlie sent me the manual (thank you!!), but anything to help me overcome my fears and also learn how to deal with common sewing machine problems instead of throwing up my hands in defeat would be wonderful!

2. Anything to help me organize all of my craft junk.  This could be anything from a pretty jar to hold pencils/rulers/scissors to a decoupaged box to a nice big basket/tote for works in progress.  Any organization would seriously help me!

3. Colorful roving for needle felting and felted beads!

About me: I'm a 19 year old working college student in Portland, Oregon.  Im studying to become a social worker.  Right now I do vocational support for adults with developmental disabilities.  I love nature and animals; I have 3 cats, a dog, a hamster, and some fish.  I don't like super flashy things (neon, huge hawaiian flowers, etc) and my favorite colors are green, red, and blue.  I love vintage stuff -- some of my favorite fabrics are 30s style prints.  I also like more modern patterns, like bold stripes and polka dots and there is a special place in my heart for super-cutesy cat prints.

Thank you to everyone who has already sent me wonderful handcrafted items in the mail, and thank YOU for reading my list! Smiley

4. Cast resin bracelet or necklace with a georgia o'keefe image (flowers not bones) I don't have space/ventilation to cast resin.
4a. A microscope slide necklace with same art or cherry blossoms - similiar to this one that tigergirl made for knottydottie https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84722.msg865869#msg865869 - I lost all my soldering stuff when I moved to LA

I don't drive, but I take the train to work subways ROCK! I'm pretty girly, but not lacey and froofy, think candy and pink. I love pink too. However, as an aged ex-goth/new wave chic, I'm still addicted to black and all my techno style jewelry (think computer bits and lots of shiny stuff etc). My favorite designer style is Oakley, as in the sunglasses. Dragonflies are my favorite bug, but I'm not a nature girl I love the city pictures of tiny cute animals (like meomi.com) are awesome.  Dress wise, I do conservative but hip for work (I work at an internet company so I can't dress too stuffy) with mostly black, some grey, green, blue, orange, and pink. I'm a t-shirt and jeans girl at home. I hate aquamarine, yellow, and turquoise.

Oh and NO Disney related stuff!

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box

Hi everybody! My name is Emily. I am 18 and am totally graduating from high school on the 22nd! Instead of drinking and cow tipping like most of the other youths in my windswept, agriculturally-centered town, I spend most of my time knitting, sewing, and stencilling anything that holds still long enough. I'm an extremely easy-to-please sort of gal, so thanks in advance for picking me!

A few of my favorite things:
Harry Potter, Pirates, My Little Ponies, Star Wars, Centaurs, Mermaids, Koi, Birds, Anime/Manga, Tim Burton, Renaissance Faires, Comic Books... Most anything nerdtastic.

Little-er Wishes:
-Raddish Earrings
-A Lion Hat
-A Skirt (any kind!)
-A Tote for my knitting and my notebook
-Or a Zippered Jordy for my non-knitting stuff
-Fabric Belts!

Bigger Wishes:
-A Pheonix Shirt like the one she's wearing here:
-An Owl Purse http://www.etsy.com/view_item_sold_anon.php?listing_id=97931&transaction_id=38967
-Fairy Wings

For Those Feeling Uber Generous:
-Something to take with me to college! (I dunno what though... 1st Year and all...)-A Bodice
-Or A Bodice Making kit (Like, a pattern, some fabric, and some stays)
-A Supanya Inspired top
-A Chemise for my RenFest Gear (My old one is falling to peices)

i also just recently created a wists: http://www.wists.com/devilninny
and im sure ill be adding to it obsessively.

i would love:

- jewelry! please no gold(ish) findings.
~ earrings, especially dangly ones about an inch long.  i love beads!
  ~ beaded bracelets.
  ~ necklaces too, any kind.

- surprises for my boyfriend! he loves tea, sushi, computers.  i think if he got his own crafty item, he might understand my obsession with this site.

- stuffies or felted animals!  i love cats, bats, ants, penguins, and sea turtles but really i would love any stuffie even if it was an inanimate object come to life.  ohhh, that might be really awesome!

- TOTES!  i like straps that allow the bag to sit on my hip.  there are examples at my wists.  i am forever in need of purses and totes of all sizes.

- on that note, i desperately need a bag to take to the farmers markets with me this summer.  something sturdy that maybe says something eco-friendly or has a cute design on it.

- supplies! beads, fabric, ribbon, stickers, anything you have left over. thank you!

- long flowing skirts.  i like hippie skirts and patchwork.  interesting patterns with bright colors or solids.  size medium, PM me for more details!

- artwork.  my kitchen is pears and my bedroom is all red.  my dining room is going to be aqua and purple.  anything you make could find a place in my home though!

- soap!  i wish i had the skills to make lovely smelling soaps that is healthy for my skin.  and i love the ones with herbs/coffee in them.

- anything coffee and chocolate related.  mmmmm.

- a surprise!  anything you really want to make or your work that you want to get out there.  i will love it all!
