I am knitting this and in row 13 of the pattern repeat, it says to do a purl4 but I don't understand what you're wrapping here? Please explain!

okay i don't have my book in front of me but basically what you are doing is purling those 4 (right?) stitches then wrapping the yarn around those 4 stitches. i hope that makes sense if it doesn't just tell me and i can get my book and hopefully explain it better.
