Ooh! I am currently working on crocheting the PERFECT thing for this month (a Good Luck Bear CareBear). Hopefully, I'll be finished before the 31st, but I'm getting my wisdom teeth out the 29th, so we'll see how things go..  Undecided

I <3 Personal Swaps and can crochet pretty much anything! PM me!

Woohoo! I went through my fabric and found glorious green inspiration! It wasn't anything too complicated (being rushed, and all....), but I'm super-happy with it!

I went crazy with the interfacing (was intending it to be a clutch-type purse, but it just wasn't exactly turning out very "evening-ish") and I used bias tape on the inside!!! So proud! It's my new favorite. Although I need to figure out how to do the corners inside better. They aren't very crisp. Ideas? Suggestions?

That's a caterpillar. (sp?) I outlined it in gold thread - another first!)

Does this show it better? I hope my pictures aren't too huge. Still figuring all that out.

And I made a teeny little inside pocket! I make little pouches all the time, but spent way longer on the inside this time, and it really shows. Nary a stray thread to be seen. Smiley And a pocket!

Lol. I think I'm way way more excited than I probably should be over a teeny make-upbag.  Grin Now I get to decide who gets it....

AND - must start thinking of something more involved for next month...

(Pawnshoppromises - I cannot wait to see the CareBear!!! Great idea!)

I love everyones stuff

Im adding mine now - but its not as fancy or as well done as the others - I combined it with learning to crochet - anyway my son loves it and thats the most important thing.

lazeedayzee: What a great purse, I love the silkyness of the interior!

Joler79: What a fun looking ball, I love the color combo it really pops and showcases the green.  Oh and that model is absolutely adorable.  Wink

I was going to count the irish hiking scarf I made for my sister's bday for the craftalong but I started it in April, so it seemed like cheating.  Instead I made myself a book mark using this pattern:  http://www.knitting-and.com/knitting/patterns/bookmarks/bookworm.htm

Didn't come out quite the way it's shown, not sure what went wrong, but he's still cute (and very green) and he's holding my place in the sword of shannara:

Here's my craft. It's not great, but it's green. Dodgy photo too. Yeah...

It's my green-may doll. He has fairly high rising pants, a green stripy vest, a top hat sort of thing and reddish brownish hair. He looks very Irish... Like him?

Ooh? Is that book any good? I absolutly loved Magic Kingdom for Sale: SOLD, and all of the sequels, but I could never get into the "serious" ones.

...Oh, yeah. Great bookmark!

And the little doll is adoreable. I luf it.
