Hi, I'm looking for some good scrapbooking stores and fiber/yarn supply stores in the Greater Ft. Hood area.  Let me know!

If you feel like going for a drive there is a really good scrapbook shop and then bead shop across the street from each other in Hewitt, TX (right outside Waco). They are both on Hewitt Dr. I'll get the exact address when i'm there next

Hey thanks.  I have family just a five minute drive from Hewitt so I'd love to check it out next time I'm there.

yea i don't know exact addresses but i know the bead shop is in a little shopping center along with a shoe repair shop and (if it's still there) a consignment store. It's between an apartment complex and a bank (educator's credit union) and the scrapbook store is next door to a dentist's office right next to a drive through chinese restaurant (which you should really stop by and try because they are wonderful! and cheap!)

I haven't found any good yarn only shops in Killeen since we moved here 10 years ago.  I buy most of my yarn at Hobby Lobby in Killeen though.  It's on the Hwy 190 access road and WS Young Dr right behind McAllister's.
