Thanks to Marinechimp - I learned how to make paper beads. But I always wind up using duct tape lol. This is my necklace and earrings using camoflauge duct tape & other beads....
and here's a closeup of the beads...

so what do you think?

Thank you both  - I was really amazed at how pretty the beads turned out and no one believed it was duct tape - it helped that it was the camoflauge duct tape tho because it has a pattern to it - I haven't tried it with plain duct tape yet.

Hello ChellyD
I learned how to make paper beads from Marinechimp
https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=39665.0
I used q-tips to roll the duct tape on and i made the long tube type beads by just wrapping the duct tape around a few times. Good luck!

Paper beads can look really nice if you use the right papers. Even so, some embossing powder and UTEE and, BAM no one knows where the beads came from  Roll Eyes

P.S. I love that neclace. And thats sayin somthin since I am not to fond of camoflauge anything. I had to look really close!
