Shocked Wow! Shocked  I just found my next sweater! (actually after a cardigan, 5$ in Paris, and a pair of Christmas gloves... haha, seeing as i need to buy the yarn) This is such an amazing pattern and it looks beautiful on everyone! I think i would like to knit it in the round... hmm... maybe in red...

hi everyone,

I'm a latecomer to this knitalong... just started Calista's sweater a few days ago. I'm using KnitPicks Swish DK- a washable (yay!!!) merino wool-- in cinnamon. I'm making the sweater in the round, and so far, so good... although I did get a bit too absorbed in Top Chef last night and made a mistake or two that I had to fix!  Tongue

ahh, Top Chef is responsible for so many of my knitting mistakes...

I just bought this pattern today! very excited, just need to get myself some yarn for this.

You know, I think I might use some Rowan Tapestry in the Rainbow colorway (already have it). I have great visions for this sweater, but 3 others I need to finish first...sigh. Smiley

Just got my pattern - yay!  I need to finish up one sweater on the needles (so impatient...just half a sleeve left!) before I can.  I'm thinking of knitting this in a sport-weight alpaca from Elann.
