I was wondering if you guys could help me with this, here's the story:
My mom has a friend with two daughters whom I've never met because they live kind of far away. We're going to meet them this summer and me and my sister wanted to make gifts for the three of them.

Gift for mom: It can be anything, I'm not exactly sure what she likes..just something broad that most people would consider nice gift.

Gift for daugthers: They're about 13 and 16 and we wanted something kinda cool, that a teen would like (We're teens ourselves). If we can't think of much, we might end up making purses or something like that.

Any ideas?

mums usually like bath stuff. Bath bombs, soap, candles etc. You could make a little basket of stuff she could use in the bath, a kind of relaxation basket to use for time of from the kids :p

Maybe a journal for the teens? I remember being that young and liking something to write in. I was in the same situation as you a few years ago, and I went out and bought a glow in the dark bead kit, and made them bracelets. They were stars, so I figured that they appealed to teens, because I was absolutely inlove with them. Blank cds perhaps?

Thanks for the ideas guys! Bath stuff sounds awesome for the mom, and glow in the dark is always sweet Tongue
Feel free to post more ideas if you have em.

Careful with the bath stuff, some people can't use it because of skin conditions.  Undecided

make cool flip flops and some beaded bangle bracelets. Maybe put together some crafty kits for them so you can all craft together.
