Hello
I am new to the site.  Looks like a great forum and I look forward to learning from it.  Thought I would provide a link to the latest large project I have completed.  Hope you like it.

Is that tatted?  Or crocheted?  My aunt does lace tatting and it looks similar to hers.

It's beautiful!!!!!!

Thank you all for replying!  I'll try to answer all the questions in just one post (hope that is how I should do this)

SevsOnlyGirl, It is crocheted - I haven't learned how to tat (yet).

Ismoyo, I completed one 13" square per day - after the first two were complete, I crocheted them together.  In total, there are 64 squares. Once two rows were finished, I crocheted the two rows together, adding a row until all the squares formed the spread.  The spread is for my lovely daughter (as an heirloom, hopefully).

thetiniestspark, I think everyone's first project is special, it takes time, effort and a lot of love.   I would not have been able to do this as a first project.  It took a long time for me to get to this level.

Thanks, once again!
