I for one am knitting many of my gifts for Christmas. It is pretty affordable, and unlike clothes sewing, I can usually find a pattern for everyone.
I am making two pairs of socks, three headbands, and some scarves. Not too much  Cheesy
 Would anyone like to join?

Well, my x-mass knitting is almost done (unless I decide to do more projects...), but I'll join... maybe keep me motivated to actually finish it!

Right now I'm doing aligator mittens for my cuz.  All the knitting is done and the hard part (sewing together) is all that's left.

I was hoping to be almost done, but my yarn took AGES to come! lol.
I am making these socks right now. I have one done and the other about halfway. They are my first pair, so some things are a bit wonky. Oh well, my mum won't notice  Roll Eyes

Are you making the alligator mittens from stitch n' bitch? I really like those- so cute.

Those are the mittens!  And I love them cause they're so fast to knit!

I decided on more holiday knitting - a scarf for my grandpa.  Nice blue wool, but haven't picked a pattern yet.  I want to do something involved - no garter or rib knit this time Smiley

Yes, I'm starting my Christmas knitting in June. So far I have a Danica entrelac scarf for my father on the needles in the SWS Navy colourway, and I think I'm making Mittens (like the squirrel and oak leaf mits but a different pattern) for all my friends. I still haven't settled on a project for my mom yet. Maybe I should knit myself something too? I'd love to knit a sweater, I've never done that before.

Ahhhh you guys are starting already! I have too large of a family... I know I can't knit for them all but I don't want to knit for some and not for others or else I'll get that, "how come you didn't knit me anything" remark. Eeee.

What about little things like cell phone cozies, or headbands/ear warmers?
