I just fnished making a stepping stone, and had been thinking about painting the letters I drew in it.  I wasn't sure what sort of paint would be the best to use..
I tried seaching alittle bit and found someone who used plain old acrylic when she painted on stones.. would this work on concrete alright, as long as it was sealed after?
Thanks before hand if anyone knows.

If you want to spend the money you could get concrete stain or concrete dye.  Or use something like exterior porch paint.  I bought a bottle of concrete dye last year and it was about $15.00.  I just got a gallon of porch paint and it was $25.00.  If you just have a few stones to paint, I would probably use what I have on hand and see how it holds up.

Thank you.
I think I might just go with some acrylic I already have.  Maybe since I'm going to seal it, it'll hold alright.
