hey, this is all COMPLETELY new to me, and so i have no clue as to how to write a xstitch pattern. so i thort to myself, what would be the 2 easiest ways of knowing what to do? and then i wrote them according to that.

i made this pattern of sorts because i couldnt find one n e where for free. and i want to do this sort of thing on my clothing, etc. so i sat down with grid paper and did the big one, and then decided i wanted a smaller one than that. lol, so i made a smaller one too.

X=make a xstitch here!
B=leave this square blank!
X=this can be a blank or a stitch, you choose!

i did a small one and a biggish one, the numbers represent the row of the pattern, like for example
                                      3: 4x, 21B, 4x

means that on the third row, you do 4 stitches, then leave a gap of 21 spaces, and then stitch 4 again.

these patterns are only one coloured, but you can change the "blanks" for another colour if you want.

suggestions, cc, questions all welcome.

thanks for looking

Here is the small skull pattern on a zippered change purse (it has red lining, which you can't see)
