Does anyone have a counted cross stitch pattern for the saying, "It is what it is"?

Are you looking for anything in particular, or just some way of getting a pattern for the text?

Here are a couple of free sites that convert your text into patterns:
I think I used this one with the font called Amsterdam to create a little piece as a gift at the beginning of the month.

That one also has some other options for fonts.

If you want a little something more to manipulate the pattern KG-Chart is a free program that is fairly easy to use.
Hope it helps!

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!

Hi All

I've recently just started stitching again. Moving unpacking settling in kinda crap

I am wanting to make a Name tapestry, My last name front and center  and a border around it kinda deal. BUT...I am looking for a dragon type border, I've found a font I want to use ...though I have to scale it to this size...size being around 16X12for the height of entire project not set in stone so can very on the sizing.

Question is does anyone have any ideas for the border? I have search high and low for something but I can't find anything we are a family who are huge into the fantasy thing so I thought this would be a nice project to start.

Any ideas? I'm kinda stumped.

I would try 2 dragons facing away from each other with their tails kind of overlapping. This way you only have to find one good looking maybe a bit elongated. Then reverse this dragon and repeat. Does that make any sense?

Personal Swap anyone?

I may not know everything, but I do know a lot.

And it's an awesome idea! Now to root around the interwebs to locate a perfect design.

I am in search of a pattern. Has anyone come across a counted cross stitch pattern for a movie clapboard? It doesn't have to be a free pattern. I am willing to look up authors and magazines. I want to make a knit throw and cross stitch charts are a great resource for patterns.  Thanks

Hi there,
I'm new to cross-stitch, and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a certain pattern (which would probably be stupid easy to create...except...I'm new to cross stitch  Roll Eyes ) so I'm looking for a super simple uncomplicated pattern (chart, graph, whatever) of a tent. simple tent, boy-scout style. like the one seen on the right here: http://olsonvisual.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/165803_10151716539740386_1098676625_n1.jpg i would like it at a bit of an angle, but at this point I'll take what i can get :/ thanks in advance!!

"You want old ladies to die!!"
"nu-uh I just want their sewing machines!!"
"then why would they have to die?!"
"...cuz death is the only reason I could think of for not wanting to sew..."
