This has been a long time coming. Last year I did a Certificate IV in Fashion Design and Industry Practices ata private college in Sydney. It was only a short course, but we still got to put together a small collection of 5 outfits. We had to do everything for it, design, make patterns, do toilles (test garments), fittings etc. We even got to choose the models for the parade. It was a lot of fun, especially sewing everything myself! So here is my small Summer collection.

Let me know what you honestly think, because I'm thinking of making some of the pieces up and selling them. And how much would you pay for each if you would conside buying them??? Thanks

Outfit one:
A gathered bust drawstring top and 3/4 cuffed pants. Ideally, the straps should've been longer to get the gathering over the bust.

Outfit two:
Red satin halter and handkerchief skirt with oriental print insert.

Outfit three:
The model in this photo looks scary. She was sooooo tall, had no boobs whatsoever to fill the dress out and kinda looked like a man, so just warning you!

Outfit four:
This has to be one of my fave's!!! It's a cami top with the most comfortable pair of shorts ever! (accordignto the model Grin) They are made out of a stretch linen.

Outfit five:
This is my favourite of all of them. After the parade I got soo many compliments for this dress. I fell in love with this fabric the moment I saw it!!!

I love the outfits, they are truly beautiful, Project Runway lookout, we have a new designer in town!!!!  I love the color of the fabric.  And the models are definitely working your outfits!!!   Inspiration at its best.  I'm just learning how to sew at 23, so I'm slowly but surely getting better. Great job.  Is that you in the last picture with model, because if so I love your outfit, I'm a plus sizer myself 16/18.  Work that outfit girl. Sorry I couldn't give you a price, because I'm a newbie.

Love them all but the red outfit is my favorite. Since I sew too it's hard to suggest a price. Keep it up though.

All lovely!  I would wear every piece shown.  You've got amazing fashion sense.  I'm considering a 4 year fashion design and merchandising degree myself and you've given me renewed inspiration and motivation.  On pricing I'm not sure but I would buy every single piece.  Keep up the great work!

I like the first outfit, as long as you lengthen the straps and/or the length of the shirt.  Not many tummies bared on the runways unless it's lingerie.  The last two outfits shown are my favorite.  I like the flattering length of the shorts & the dress.  I can't really see much for detail w/ the purple dress, but I'm sure it's as nice as the other outfits.  Good Luck!!
