I wandered down to "Knitter's Corner", the yarn shop in my town, and saw some lovely, bright pink double knitting yarn for only 1.30.  Thinking of a friend whose birthday is coming up soon, I bought it immediately.

Only problem... I don't actually have a pattern.  Or a clue as to what to make for her.

Does anyone have any links to patterns that I could use, or ideas for things I could make?

(I'm such a dunce  Wink)

That's pretty vague.  Have you any more details regarding what you might like to make or what she might actually wear?  100g of DK is enough for 1 pair mittens, 1 hat, 1 moebius scarf, 1 small lace scarf, 1 knitted collar, 1 belt,  1 small bag, 1 pair short socks, etc.

That's just the problem, I have no idea what she might wear!  We've only been out of school uniform for a term, and TBH I haven't been paying attention to peoples' clothes  Undecided

I think I might make her a knitted toy, 'cause I know she'd think that was cute. I'm trying to see if I can find a nice (easy) pattern. If worst comes to worst: scarf.

Thanks for trying to help!
