Thanks for putting together this pattern.  I love the movie and can't wait to make the hat.  Just one question- what do you mean by eyelet round?  Normally I've seen the rounds as yarn over but then the next round either k2tog or something to make up for the made stitch.  But I'm rather new so I could be wrong.  I appreciate any help you can give.  Thanks again.

Thanks everybody. It's a pretty easy knit.
My pattern is based off of ea000blaze from the Weasleysweaters livejournal community. Here is her original post : http://community.livejournal.com/weasleysweaters/70037.html

Any who, onto the pattern. It's pretty rough, I've never written a pattern before. If you see any obvious errors, tell me and I'll fix em:

Cast on 90 st on a sz 7 circular needle (16" if that helps_
Knit 3 rounds garter stitch (k 1 row, p 1 row, k 1 row)
Knit 4 rounds
Eyelet round  >>Modified on Jan 31st to add this:
*k3 k2tog, k2 k2tog* repeat to end of round

Knit 4 rounds
Garter stitch for 3 rounds
Knit 4 round
Eyelet Round
Knit 4 rounds
Garter stitch for 3 rounds
*k7 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
*k6 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
*k5 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
Knit one round
Eyelet round
Knit 1 Round
*k4 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
*k3 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
*k2 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
Garter Stitch for 3 rounds
*k1 k2tog* repeat to the end of the round
*k2tog* for two rounds

Finishing:
Keep remaining stitches on needle. Break yarn to bout 10 inches long. Thread it through the remaining stitches twice, tie off. Weave in ends.
Thread contrasting yarn through eyelets. Tie a bow on the lowest round, and square knots one wrong side of the hat in the rest.

Isn't the eyelet round supposed to have YO's in it?  When you modified it, you deleted them , I think. Help!! cuz I really want this hat.
