I made it!  I actually have a couple of skeins to show on a Friday!

These were both for a custom order, but I may have to recreate them for me as I love them so much.  Really nice vibrant warm colours.  Just what you need on a cold grey winters day!

First up, Dawn:

Secondly, Sequin Monster:

What do you think?  Sorry the pics aren't brilliant, but hot pink and red are hard to get right in photo's for some reason.

Nice yarns!
apixiegrl: What all is in that roving you are using? Looks like there is some silk in it.

Wishes - handdyed soysilk & Falkland

Lavender - handdyed Falkland

Jewel - Handdyed Merino and sarisilk. I love these colours! It's one of the yarns I keep out on display so that I can see it while spinning other yarns.

Sweetheart - handdyed Falkland in orange and rosy, little orange heartshaped glassbeads and lots of coils.

Valentine - handdyed Falkland, little red heartshaped glassbeads

The fiber is merino and silk blend. I still have enough for another skein. Some day it will be a lacy scarf. (^_^)
