Thanks!   I don't have a pattern, but I drew out what I did so that my son could make one himself.



It's pretty easy.  Just applique the details (face, felt hair, belt, etc.) to the felt shapes before you sew them together.  My kids made the lightsabers, by drawing front and back with fabric marker, then sewing the two sides together.
