Hi!

I'm currently working on a 3D piece for my art GCSE; the theme is Passage of Time.

I would really, really appreciate it if you could help me collect materials; I need things like ring pulls, bottle caps (preferably metal ones, like from beer bottles, but plastic is perfectly fine) and so on. I'm making a torso-and-tail of a mermaid, and am in need of materials to make her tail.

If you can help please reply here & I'll sent you my address.

Thank you very much!

I need to start on Friday, next Tuesday the latest! However, I'm making a papier mache / modrock base first, so I don't need the ringpulls & bottlecaps for another 2-3 weeks.

Speaking of which, I should be looking up pictures of raw fish. Oh, the things we do for art  Roll Eyes (I "forced" my best friend Jen to model for me wearing tight-fitting clothing, in the classroom at lunchtime. Because I didn't want to draw her topless. Hence the lycra shorts and Tshirt. I actually don't know why she agreed.)

LOL! Well, she does ballet and is in the chorusline for a couple of theatre shows, so I'm using that as an excuse.

I'll see what I can do!

Thanks!
