I love these kinds of recycling projects! In the past, I have traced holiday-shapped die cuts to fashion out gift tags for the next years presents. You could also use them for cd cover art, decoupage projects, paper beads, and holiday wall art.

I have made small gift boxes for handmade jewelry out of used or even new Christmas cards.

I use mine to make labels for next year's gifts.

Use the pictures from the cards to make flat Christmas ornaments. You could also use the little note written inside as an ornament, for a more personal touch.

You could, of course, make a book from them. There are loads of binding techniques on the web and posted around craftster. You could make a new volume for each year. It's a great way to look back on the past when it's done.

we used to make adorable little boxes. Pretty useless but as a kid I remember it being one of my favourite things.
