Wow, What yarn is that?

If these walls came crumblin' down
Fell so hard, to make us lose our faith
From what's left you'd figure it out
Still make lemonade taste like a sunny day

The best yarn in the 'verse! 650 yds for $25! It's the Monarch sport superwash merino line from Angora Valley fibers. www.angoravalley.com. It's incredibly soft and beautiful. I was introduced to it at the Seattle Knitting Expo. It is now my favorite yarn.

How do I know about reality? I just play with sticks and string.

Ok, so I've worked up the nerve to give these a try.  I've made many pairs of anklets and regular ribbed socks but nothing with a lovely pattern on top so I'm feeling brave!  I've got a 6.5 hour trip ahead of me tomorrow and then again on Sunday so I'll have 13 hours to work on them in the car.  I've cast on with some knitpicks sock essentials.  I hope I have marvelous progress to show you all on Monday night!

argh.  I got all the way done the "cuff" of the sock and tried it on and lo and behold I forgot ALL the knit rows... stupid me.  now I'm about a third of the way done.  Some reason my digi batteries are dead, so I have to wait to post what I've got so far.

I <3 swaps and will do personal ones!

I'm on a roll today, bringing back buried threads.  Well I may be late, but at least i finally jumped on the bandwagon.

Mama E Cyber Fibers
Colorway Bird

I used a size 1.5 or a 2.5mm.  If there is a next time, I will use a size 0.  Done via magic loop one at a time.

Thanks for looking.

Necia, those look great! I bought some Mama-E sock yarn a while ago that I haven't used yet--jaywalkers numero tres, here I come (once I finish the second sock of pair #2, still on the needles). I also love the feet-on-the-dashboard shot, MiseryNotes!
