Here is one of the bags I made in March for emilyflew in a private swap.  It is made from bits of leftovers from a quilt and is machine quilted with a simple swirl pattern.  Inside, it has a zippered pocket and two other pockets.  Closed with a magnetic hook--button is decorative. I love black and white anything (can you tell?)

I have so enjoyed seeing the hard work and gorgeous items everyone makes each month for this thread!

Here is necktie bag #2.  Same style as the one I posted a few months ago, just different ties.  And I used metal rings rather than attach the strap directly to the bag--I think it wears better that way.

Here's the front view.


And here's one of the lining and zipper.  I feel much more comfortable with zippers now.
