Mkay so I should be doing my Christmas knitting.. but every year my youth group goes to Mexico a few times and around Christmas time we can give gifts to the little kids. So I signed up to give a gift to a little 6 year old girl, and with only two days left to make a gift I made these Smiley

That's my little sister, envious of the bear & scarf Grin

Yes, his face is funny looking. But he's special and he's for a 6 year old. She'll love him all the same Smiley

Using this pattern: http://www.barddance.org/knittering/bluesbighugbear.htm for the bear, I used Red Heart & Caron Perfect Match and then the same Red Heart and some of the Target $1 yarn for the scarf.

I've decided I really love knitting toys.. now to knit my other Christmas presents! I'm such a procrastinator Grin

These are adorable.  Wink  I just became a grandma in October, I think these will make great gifts for my twin babies. I just have to make them another color to suit  boys.

Thanks everyone!! Aw congrats babystarbuck1 on becoming a grandma, that's great Grin It was a really fun and quick knit for me (well, I had a 24 hour deadline.. hahaha) but they'd be adorable for boys as well in different colors Smiley
