I love the ruffles on the butt!  Kind of funny, since they look like boy's briefs otherwise   Cheesy

sorry that this took me SO long ya'll.. but i finallly have a tutorial! it's a drawing tho, cuz i havnt had time to make another purse and take pics... so here ya go. hope it makes sense!

here's the web addy incase this damn pic thing doesnt work for me again...

1.cut out material in shape of underwear (however deep or wide you want them), double thickness of material. cut strap on fold of material to desired length. (#1 on picture)

2.on one of the underwear pieces, mark out 3 lines about 1 inch apart. measure and cut ruffled lace according to these lines. sew ruffled lace onto markings. (#2 on picture)

3.using bias tape (i used double fold extra wide.. but left it folded). measure and cut pieces for the tops (waistband) of each piece, the 2 front vertical lines, the "trap door" (curved underwear thingy..), and all 4 leg holes. sew all pieces on, overlapping where desired. for the top pieces (waistband), attatch the bias tape like you normally do, so that it covers the raw edge of the material. (#3 on picture)

4. to make the strap, put wrong sides together.. and sew down the side(s). turn strap right side out.

5. attatch strap to desired spot on the wrong side of either the front or back underwear piece.

6. sew zipper onto the wrong sides of the tops of each underwear piece. (#4 on picture)

7. with wrong sides together, sew the underwear pieces together piviting at the corners. make sure you OPEN the zipper before doing this, so you're able to flip the purse right side out after. (#5 on picture)

8.voila!! an underwear purse just for you!!

if you have any problems or dont understand part of the tutorial, please write back and tell me. i'd be glad to help ya out.

Elwood - yes i just sewed the legs shut, and then i also sewed shut the little hole in the front, for the zipper i pined the zipper part under the elestic and sewed it on, it was a little tricky but not impossible
