I've never heard of the band, but that's an awesome dress!  I love how it's got a cutesy bottom, but the rest is more skeletal.  Yes, I kind of couldn't find a good word for it, lol.   Cheesy

how did you make the skirty puffy or ruffly? i suck when it comes to making crinolines and making skirts look like yours!

theres alot of layers on the bottom and there's also a layer of tulle
