This is something I made for a friend but I made her something else because I liked it so much. It's my interpretation of an illustration by Julie Verhoeven.

I'm working on organizing a gallery show that emphasises craft in fine art...I've been looking a lot at artists that use embroidery in their work. do you other stuff you've done? it would be nice to include more unknown artists in the show. right now the artists I'm looking at are more well known and don't have much trouble getting shows of their own.

It really is beautiful! I would like to see more.
