My bf needed some chairs for his new apartment, so we went to our local thrift store and picked up some kitchen chairs. The seatings and backpieces were filthy and had holes in them, so we decided to redo them. The original plan was orange skai, but that wasn't easy to find. My gorgeous boyfriend came up with the idea to use this gorgeous print instead. Now I'm jealous and want the same chairs :]

Btw he was thinking of making a few more and selling them, but how much do you guys think he could ask for them?

That fabric is stunning! Is it vinyl?

I wish I had found some like that in the US when I was working on my chairs.

$30 at .least. Make sets, you can charge way more.

It looks professionally done; was this his first?

That fabric is so BEAUTIFUL and the chairs look great. You should seriously think of going to local boutiques or cafes to see if they would be interested in commissioning them. I would say $50 each, with some kind of deal if you buy a pair.

Lovely, lovely....i want one for my apartment.

Thanks for the sweet replies!

Amaryllisroze: The material is actually just some sort of plastic. I think it's justthe kin some people use for tableclothes.

Sushiful: It was his first time, but that chair was the last of the batch he made for his dining room. He has four the same.
They actually look much better together. I should get a better picture Smiley
