One of my friends is currently nursing a broken heart and i want to make her something to cheer her up and let her know that eventhough senior heartbreaker doesn't love her, there are plenty of people who do...namely me!!!  any ideas as to what i can make her?

Thanks!! Cheesy

Here are a few of my ideas:
1. A journal to write her thoughts down.
2. A mixed CD of happy songs to dance and be silly to.
3. Soap and bath stuff to pamper herself.
4. If she's crafty, a bunch of cool new supplies  (crafting is awesome therapy!)
5. A cool new shirt to make her feel as beautiful as I'm sure she is.

Otherwise I think the best think is to keep her busy and show her all the awesome things she does have.

those are great ideas, I really like the pampering one...things like facemasks, exfoliating scrub etc. etc. Its amazing how much better you feel after a day of pampering Smiley

What about a photo collage of you and her and your friends haveing a great time, include movie ticket stubs, pictures of things she likes etc. etc. Then you could frame it or make your own frame

Well, this may or may not work depending on how old you are, and what the situation was, and how close you two are, but when I got dumped once my friends made me a "Who Needs Men?" kit. It had a vibrator, some undies, chocolate, Pussy Pucker Pots lipbalm in "Don't Need No MAN-go" and a Cosmopolitan magazine! You could make it a little more crafty by writing her a list of things that make her great (maybe go around to her friends and ask them each to write something?).
Of course you can have a good old meeting of the She-Woman Man Haters Club (just like the Little Rascals, only for chicks) and drink cocktails, man-bash and watch chick flicks. You could make little invitations that say you are hostessing a get-together in her honor, and you could make snackies that are all chick foods- carbs, chocolate, etc.

Up yours, young people. You and your rock and roll 8-track tapes!
