HI All~
Just wanted to let you all know that there is an interesting article on fitting pants in the January '06 issue #122 of Threads magazine. It focuses on getting the fit right through the crotch area, because everyone's crotch depth is different, and having that off kilter can affect the way your pants fit around your waist and hips. Very informative and I can't wait to try it as the article states that some traditional methods of altering patterns to fit, like slash and spread, can just make the fitting problems worse or create a whole different fitting problem.
