There was the cutest skirt posted here and I can't find it!  The person who made it had posted pics of her dancing in it, wearing black bicycle shorts under it because it flipped up when she moved.  I think it had a stretchy waistband/yoke and then was sort of a circle skirt.  Any idea how to make this?

okay it's quite simple..

for the waistband, cut a piece of fabric wide enough to go around you.. if you're gonna use a cotton kinda fabric and then insert a zip, make it fit, but if you're gonna use stretchy fabric, it's probably a good idea to make it smaller than your waist/hip, depending on where you want the skirt.
for the skirt part, you just get a looooooooooong piece of fabric and gather it until it fits around your yoke fabric. then you just sew the two together.
