I'm looking for a reversible woven stitch.  Bonus points to one that also makes interesting use of variegated yarn.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Well, since I just found my SECOND Mon Tricot knitting dictionary at a thrift store this weekend (and this one is 2 decades older than my first one, and has almost double the number of patterns), I'll just have to do some flipping when I get home from work.  Cheesy
