last year I bought a bunch of basic cheap frames from a craft store and then decorated them.

I googled 'pucci', The Prince of Prints!! you get awesome designs. I printed them out and papier mache'd them on. I didn't cut the designs up into small pieces though, I just laid them out so that the design was intact all around. you may need to make the prints bigger before printing them to achieve that effect which means it's better to have higher resolution pictures.

after that I just put a glaze on so that they were shiney and photocopied pictures of my friends that I already had and put them in and voila! a relatively cheap gift that all my friends loved.

Marble magnets!  Either the magnets...or make bracelets for the chicas.  You can customize the images per person...and use tins for gift boxes Cheesy

A decorated tin with cookies inside?
Easy knit scarves?
bead keychains with their names on them?
teddy bears?
Bees wax rolled candles?

Personalised Christmas decorations.

I just made some for my kids with  clear glass balls.  Cut out their photos with a circle cutter, rolled them up and put them inside the ball.  Then stuffed tinsel behind the pic.  I used a proper photo for it but it hasn't unrolled properly, next time I'm going to do it on glossy photo paper and use the printer

Another idea is to write their names on the outside of a coloured glass or plastic ball.  Use glitter pens, painty pens or (best) dimensional fabric paint.  Do them ahead of time to let it dry.  Tie ribbons and a small decoration to the top, don't use hot glue with the glass.
