amen to the whole 'chem is boring thing'. i hear ya loud and clear on that one. you would think that having an overweight nun with a mustache and a hunchback teaching it, it would be a little exciting. but no. nothing can mask the boring-factor of chem. i really wish your sleeping patterns were better and i hope you're feeling happier. this sounds silly but i know it applies to me....maybe the change in weather will make you happier? it's easier to be content when it's sunny and there's grass to take naps on. i'm glad things are going well with your boyfriend. that story about the train was really scary- i can understand why it would freak you out. just recently a fourteen year old girl was killed by an SUV on a street right by my house and even though i didn't know her it just messed me up. she was crossing the street at night after a dance and it was raining and the guy didn't see her and just hit her- he wasn't speeding or drunk or anything. and a whole bunch of her friends saw her get hit since they were crossing too. and that guy must feel horrible. and idk. it just hit real close since it happened so close to where i live. on a lighter note, i loved the dora paper. xoxoxo your friend

i sent my letter/s out a while ago- and i don't think my friend got my march or my april. which is kinda upsetting.

personal swaps please!

dear charlie,
I apologize that i am horrible about responding online. I was very surprised to see your postcard.  Banff is just over an hour away from Calgary.  Imagine that you were so close to me, yet so far.  I hoped you enjoyed your trip and can't wait to hear from it.  Vancouver is beautiful.  I have only been there once, but I did spend a week sailing around Vancouver Islands a year ago.  It is the most wonderful place to be in early spring in Canada as it is the only place that is the least bit green.
I can't wait to read your may letter.
love always,
your friend. xoxox =)

Dear Charlie,

Hallo!!! I got your April letter yesterday and March a few weeks earlier. (I wrote on here for March.) I love all your decorated letters, they are so fun to read. And thank you for the CD & CD case - the case is adorable, and I'm going to listen to the music whilst I finish off a dress tonight.

Well, what can I say?

You [seem to] have so many interesting boys in your town. I wish I could say the same. All of my male friends are younger than me, do you think that that means something?  Wink Anyway, have fun with the current flame, I was very proud when I heard that you'd asked him. Wow. I don't think I could ever do that, I'd be too embarassed. But well done. ~applause~

Have fun with your drama school thingie too Smiley It's SUMMERRRRRR!!!! Yay for trees and grass, flowers and hay fever..

hi charlie!
glad things are going well with the boy, your art, and the glorious internship!   Smiley  There's a working farm/history museum here, and they always had people doing various crafty things like embroidery and spinning.  talk about a fun job.  i don't know if you're at the same type of place, but it sounds fun either way.  good luck swapping craft supplies, and thanks for the little goodies!
