You're welcome.  I haven't been able to post pictures of mine yet, I don't have a digital camera that hooks up to my computer.

I hope you are really able to use it girlwonder.  They are all kinda different recipes.....plus I tried to do recipes that freeze well.  When you are a working girl, that is just a plus.  You gotta try that Dilly Beef!! I promise you will just love it!

I must have been half asleep earlier this morning when I posted.  I was going to tell everything that Kirbay sent to me.  Along with the cookbook she sent some sultanas (which I have found out are golden raisins), some Vegemite which I have yet to try, a little koala bear keychain and some really cool magnets.  I love fridge magnets, I just don't have a fridge of my own yet.
The only thing more fun that this project is the next one...

I got my excellent cookbook from peapod on Saturday and have already made Cuban Empanadas!
She did a beautiful research - I said I liked Carib/South Pacific food and cheese. For sure I will make every recipe! She also included a CD of Cuban music and recipe cards and a teatowel. I am beyond pleased with everything and my SO says thank-you too (those empanadas didn't stand a chance) - now he sees the benefit in crafting for "strangers".

Mmmm. Cuban food.....drool! It's so prevalent here in Florida but everyone cooks theirs differently!

Here in Washington we have great asian and mexican food, but sadly no Cuban/Carib. food. I've made more things from this cookbook since I got it - all excellent!
