My dad was here this past weekend and we carved pumpkins!!!! Not very creative but I'd tought I'd share.  Wink . Now I need to go buy some candles and hope they don't rot by Halloween,  Cheesy

This was my brothers but as soon as he cut it open it said he was done so I carved it. Its the mask from Phantom of the Opra

This is mine its a flame.

This is my little sister's everyone kinda pitched in. I made the ears.  Cheesy

Those look great!  I love carving pumpkins.  If you soak them in cold water every once in a while they'll last longer.  You can even put a tiny drop of Clorox in the water to help keep it from rotting quickly.

Children in formal wear are nothing but vessels for the forces of darkness.
I'm better than Martha, well almost.

Yeah mine always rot quickly because of the Texas Heat and staying outside, I am carving mine this coming Friday the 28th, for a party and I hope they last for our Halloween party on Monday.

I love the phantom mask one.

Thanks for sharing

Looking for fellow craftsters to share ideas with!

I live in California, so its been about 70's - 80's. And they didn't last.  Cry My fire pumpkin collapsed and was all black on one side and they were all full of nats from it raining. O well they were only $10 for all of them, can't complain.  I'll just have to get some more to carve halloween weekend.  Grin
