"Here comes the baby" is the greatest group costume I have ever seen. Hilarious!

Spell it all out with larger than life Scrabble Tiles...you and your friends can spell your favorite word!

here's what one letter would look like, but you can spell out an entire word!

BUT, this is absolutely not as good as HERE COMES THE BABY...who are these people I HAVE TO MEET THEM.

well I don't think anyone can top the "here comes the baby"

but if you don't want to roll into the party all "materinty ward" style you could go a bag of your favorite candy or food.

-M&M, Skittles and Reeses Rieces would be circles of foam fabric or foam board.
- Peapods, Mixed Vegetables-- someone in green, yellow, orange-- glue emply bags or labels from green giant boxes or be creative with foam board/fabric
- Raisin Bran-- someone is the flakes( brown outfit w/ cardboard flake shape), the skinny friend dressing in silver as the spoon, raisins are overstuffed black garbage bags and even the milk carton could be included

Finally on the Wist Bandwagon:  http://wists.com/OopsCreations

I have loads of good quality CIGAR BOXES available for trade.  Great for purses, shrines, jewelry boxes.  PM for Pics.

I saw someone mention the scoob gang.  I went with my husband and another guy one year as Velma, Shaggy and Scooby.  We got lots of compliments and it was pretty easy.  This was before I really got crafty, but I did make the costumes and I could tell you what I did if you were interested.  This was about 10 years ago, before Scooby made his big comeback in movies, etc., so it was a little more obscure then.

I can tell you this-- I got a lot more attention from men that year than I ever expected.  Apparently Velma was a big turn on for adolescent boys back in her day.  I have a picture, but I'll never find it in time for you.

so this a way late, but it came to me right before halloween as i was sewing my own costume. one of my moms favorite tv shows is mamas family--she calls me iola because im always crafting lol. iola is mama's neighbor/best friend who crafts the tackiest crap and then gives them as gifts!! i thought it would be HILARIOUS, esp for a crafter to be her! or at least iola AND mama!! and naomi! and bubba!!

i just remembered another one....have you ever seen crybaby? the movie john waters made? classic. i love hatchet face!
