I've done this for a few people that work w/ my husband.  First I researched the going rate online (which is about $10 per page with no fancy embellishments) -- I've charged $8 per page including the album and really only used minimal embellishments beside the cardstock and printed paper.  It's worked out well.

I think the paper bag books would be easier to sell, though.   Good luck!
