i've only completed one swap, and i'm in the process of a second, so i'm not comfortable organizing. but i'd be an enthusiastic supporter!

i think it should be a general tori-themed swap and let the crafter choose her method of crafting.  i like the whatever-you-can-fit-into-a-padded-envelope idea. i think this lets us have a lot of freedom and i bet we'll come up with some really great different things.

"But why don't you scream now?" Alice asked, holding her hands ready to put over her ears again.

"Why, I've done all the screaming already," said the Queen. "What would be the good of having it all over again?"

i wouldn't mind being the organizer, the only problem being is that i am living in japan right now and will be for the next year or so.  i did check the rules and they didn't say anything about not being able to participate or organize if you aren't living in the us.

This is a global website and I don't see why there's issues if an organiser doesn't live in the states.
I'm Aussie and I've organised 2 swaps and am a felting mod

wow.  i am glad to see that there have been responses to this idea.

please feel free to organize this swap if you would like to.  if no one does in a couple of weeks then i will, because i think it would be a fun one.

what kind of criteria would you guys want to see?  would it be a bag swap?  or some sort of secret tori treasure, or open ended, like enough to fit into a padded envelope of a certain size?

I'm up for open ended.....although I am a sucker for bags and journals. I don't think I  would want to limit it to one thing or anything because there are so many amazing ideas out there I know I haven't even come across yet but would love to recieve....lol

I'm a huge EWF. I don't know if my time registered has been long enough (i'm a spaz, who lurked for months but never registered). I'd definitely like to do a tori swap, preferably open-ended, and not restricting the type of craft. I'm in Canada, so I don't think there should be a geographical limit! Tongue

I'd totally forgotten about this, but I'm still in if someone else wants to organize!
