okay...writing this post will take forever, but it's been a while since I posted any pics.  So instead of a bunch of topics, i'm throwing them into one (will that get more replies, or less?  Hmmm...lets see  Wink ).  I'll do short descriptions, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will elaborate.   Grin

First, a soft turquoise handbag with feather trim.  The trim looks uneven in this pic. in fact I ran and looked at it again.  Its not in real life--don't know what happened in the pic.  Anyway..brown bottom, feet, flap closure with mag. snap..turq and brown pockets inside, and a second trim over the feather top.  The feathers are a bit fragile...definitely not an everyday throw around purse (although I use my black one with feather all the time with no problems.  must be a different companies feathers).

heres the inside...

and here you can see my new "labels"  (they're plastic--cool!)

Heres another one just about like the first, but it has contrast stitching in turquoise, slightly different pocket design, and a beaded trim around the top.

closeup of beads, stitching, feathers

here are a couple envelop clutches I made.  I make these for bridal parties a bit.

this turned out pretty cute...I love this fabric group! ribbon tie, pockets on both sides of the lining, pretty simple.

and I put the label on the side this time.

This one is just a very simple tote.  Tiffany blue with gray pinstripe, gray lining, mag. snap.  no pockets, no nothing--it was a test, but quality wise it turned out okay, so I marked it cheap and we'll see what happens Smiley

And lastly, just a simple drawsting bag, similar to the Amy Butler bag (I think).

Burgundy floral group, burg. ribbon.  Beaded tassel on one handle.

Drawn a little closed...(sorry its on its side...didn't realize it--don't know how!)

And another shot of a "label".  I'm so stoked about these!  They are different than all the other fabric labels!

So, thats it.  I was s'pose to go to my hometown and take these and a few others to my aunts boutique, but there was a whole Oprah show debacle that ruined my plans!  I'm boycotting the Oprah show now (kind of).  So, FYI...if the Oprah show calls and says they are wanting you to come do a show, don't expect that they are going to call back and let you know for sure!!  Cause trust me, after rearranging your entire life so that you are available with a 3 day notice, they don't call back!!  Grrr...but thats a whole other story!!!

Anyway...off to UPS to ship out a big box of purses.

What do ya all think?

Thanks everyone...

Lets see...yes, i did make the labels myself, and yes I do have a webpage. Hoever, it is just a splash page right now. My husband is a web developer, so as soon as I figure out exactly what I want, it will be up.

Thanks again!!
